Teachings in Silence: inspired by Sri Ramana Maharshi
Advaita Vedanta- Non-Duality Teaching

Discover who you are in Silence. Explore witnessing thoughts, feelings, and sensations through the question, Who am I? Not expecting answers, allowing the Inquiry to guide the mind back to its original source. Please contact the Yoga Center if you are interested in learning more about the Art of Self Inquiry.

The Yoga Center hosts Self Inquiry Meditation Retreats five times a year, guided by Dr. Bhagwan Awatramani.

The weekend starts with a Friday night introduction to Teachings in Silence, followed by a weekend of silent meditation — 5 hours each day Saturday and Sunday. (Five 50-minute sessions with breaks.)

The Yoga Center hosts a Meditation Question & Answer Session on the Wednesday prior to each of the weekends. This is an opportunity for participants to ask questions to Dr. Awatramanai directly, and learn more about the process of Self Inquiry.

In addition, there are early morning meditations during the days surrounding the weekend (days vary depending on Dr. Awataramani's travel plans.) These are one hour silent meditations, and are optional.

If you are interested in learning more about the Meditation Retreats, please contact the Yoga Center for more information.
